Ok, the first person you come up with a nice mod that stops the crew from looking radioactive everytime the mouse pointer nears them, with a cursor change, will win a nice warm Subsim Sweater.
![]() Just make the glow go away ![]() Preferably, the ALT key will still light up all clickable objects and crew... if that can be done. thanks!

figured i would create a thread on this, many sim heads do not like this effect in sh5.
remove crew glow effect, anyone that has the sim already could look into this one, see if we can disable that. when i get my copy, its first thing i am doing. =remove crew glow

check box remove crew highlight.

I can see the glow being easy to remove, but converting the cursor to something else... that might be tricky.

Oh weird, I read Neal's request as he wanted the cursor to change when he moved the mouse over a clikable object... Maybe he hasn't noticed, or the preview version didn't have it? I never noticed that in SH4, only the objects being highlighted.

Check out the file SH5/data/cfg/Lights.cfg : There is a section called [InteractiveObjectsHighlight]. Set "Blend" to zero. |
