Well our sub service has been screwed badly by our politicians for years but it wasn't women being integrated into the service a few years ago that did it:

I believe we have women in our navy's subs and so far I didn't hear much negative about it (actually I hardly heard anything at all about it, but that means it can't be that bad...I hope....).
