Yay any information which sub will be released first? I am very excited for this!

The Virginia will be the first to be released. Next will probably be the Graney. Of note about the Russian subs to be released, they will be released for the German side of the game.

Also keep in mind that the Akula has 14 torpedo tubes. 8 internal and 6 external.

Correct. Realistically, I would only expect to have 10 tubes max...if that.

The Improved Akula had 4 intenal and 6 external torpedo tubes.

It would be easy to make one compatible for 1.4, I think.
