Sorry mate ut I just got back from 3 days in foggy Manchester....I would have suggested the CFG for GWX/SH3 Commander then a reinstallation of Commander.
I presume you have tried starting a fresh career. You might also want to delete your SH3 folder in C\MyDocs and start afresh.
