Smoke and streams wishes

I have in my collection of mods RB's Exhaust Smoke and Water_Stream_for_UBoats_V4. I have both of them activated via JGSME, The one flaw (very small) is that they seem they cannot work together. Non-compatible. If I load the smoke then the streams, only the streams will work. If I load the streams then the smoke, then only the smoke will work. I realize that the folders 'Submarines' and 'Textures' get over written and that it is a matter of editing the files within them to get things to work hand in hand. The streams mod really gives the sub a more realistic look as does the smoke....now, just to get them working together would be awesome. I am also using the new SH5 water mod with Sobers 3D waves....with the streams turned on it's just plain awesome. I miss the smoke however.

Now...I guess what I am really getting at is IF we can get the Smoke and Streams modders together and collaborate...

If there is a simple way to converge these 2 mods, I 'm all "ears".
