Right on, guys!

DL'ing and manually installing the patch now as I type. Just started a new career so it's no problem to restart from Dec 8th again.

Do we have to restart the career after applying the RFB patch?

The patch should be applied while 'in port.' If this is done, a career restart is not necessary.

If patch is applied while 'on patrol', your career may be hosed.

OK, just tested the single mission to sink German U boat. I believe the boat is Besugeo. Balao class, 1945. Can confirm the empty spaces for planesmen. No probs. in widescreen. Can anyone see if I'm the only one who dose not have the spaces in a Tambor in 42'. Thanks.

Just took a quick look...I have the spaces showing on the Tambor in 42.

Perhaps do a reinstall of SH4. There may be some corrupted files somewhere from mod installation/uninstallation.

Serious repeatable bug.

Recognition book, Japanese warships, I usually browse the book from the end, when you get to the Momi patrol boat and click left arrow game always crashes. It didn't happen before the patch.

Just tried this, and game does not crash for me.

In reading your earlier posts, did you reinstall RSRD after the patch? If you didn't then this might be causing your CTD.
