I will throw in $5 when I can. A guy in china built a real working submarine for $20 out of a bunch of junk. Ill try to dig up a video, he tested it in some rice patty's.

Cool thread.
Maybe we'd get an Alfa (Lyra) for free, without reactor, if we promise to remove it from the russian docks ourselves ...
Or maybe with melted reactor and clogged cooling system

We could have had the Juliet used in the movie K-19 if we'd payed the scrap value and towing fees.
