Well , i remember a trailer of sh3 before the release with rough weather, diving in a storm. but nothing about in SHV

perhaps is based in sh4 ,and the stock behavior in this game was very poor, like Helium submarines and underwater rails.

i supose that some screenshots and a video of a storm can cause a severe damage in games sales it can explain the no news about the atlantic campaign , the most important in WWII, and marqueting centered about mediterranean

So rough seas arent important in a game that takes place entirely in the ocean?

They sure are important, yes!

Atlantic storms can rage on for days, making any sub-attack pointless.
It has some pro's for Uboats, though...planes won't show up, for example.
And for convoys a storm has it's charmes too, for obvious reasons...allthough ships tend to lose contact, and get spread out.

Yes, that's exactly what I meant. Who needs rough seas? They're just a pain anyway. The sim would be much better without them.

/facepalm

OMG I haven't seen a screenshot of a torpedo yet.. there must be no torpedoes in SHV!!!????

/Cry /flail

Why not wait until you actually hear something is or is not in game rather then suppose by omission in screenshots?
