How do I add a Quote to a reply?

One last thing (I hope). If you have already used the quote button to quote a specific post, you can use Asakura's advice to add an extra quote from that person.

If you want to add a quote from a second person, simply follow the formula [quote=and add the name of the person.

If I now write [quote=FDR*]The only thing we have to fear is fear itself[/quote*] (that's a great idea, Asakura, using the asterisks to block the function), it will look like this:

Heh thanks. I'm on forums for years and have learned how to use and explain codes to other users. And usually I enter different codes like [img*][/img*] by hand, because by now I'm faster that way than grabbing my mouse and clicking the button for the code.

• Press CTRL + I to instantly add the italic style to where your cursor is.
• Press CTRL + U to instantly add the underline style to where your cursor is.
• If you want to use a text color that's not chooseable from the default list you may enter [color=#xxxxxx*]Test[/color*] (without the *) with x being the hex code for the color you want.
  As a funny hint, you can use the code 2A2A2A to color the text the same as the forum background, making it invisible without marking it or quoting it -> see what I mean? <-
