That makes sense, but the thing of it is i did actually purchase the radar again but it would not turn on.

i am playing a modded game, but all the UPC and sub performance files are completely stock from SH 1.5. I went out of my way to make sure i didn't change anything that involved weapons,Ammo or Upgrades.

Maybe i had a corrupt save, but its really strange that by changing it from R01 to R04 it works and the Antenna seems to be in the correct place.
