The vast majority of SH3 Commander's users haven't reported problems despite the milliards of possible combinations of hardware/software/mods out there. I think that Jaesen Jones would be the first one to be happy if you find and report a problem that he can fix to improve his outstanding program.

So I'm closing this thread for now, but PM me when you have conclusive results in yoru testing and I'll reopen it for sharing and discussing them
