[TEC] TMO 1.9 Kill Flag Tutorial
Here's a tutorial for editing the kill flag and emblem images in TMO 1.9. Make sure you have GIMP (free photo editing software)-
Addendum (explains how to add basic transparency to simple images, specifically for the patrol star in the first video) - (Alternate, you have to resize these) |

Excellent! Let's see if we can keep the original design going and not get too creative unless we're producing a replica of an actual battle flag. I'm going to jump in on my own and see what I can come up with!
