3 to 4 days of the same weather is not unusual - try looking out of the window
 At high TC your crew will not get tired as TC needs to be below a certain level before your crew tire (a bit like weather changes). AFAIK, the 'Stop the Rain' mod does just that by forcing SH3 to change the weather setting, so using it in regular weather will have little to no effect.
