Starting in Konigsburg suggests you are starting your career in august '39? I have never done that myself, but some options to try,
1) start in September, Kiel or Wilhelmshaven 2) Install SH3 commander and it will allow the option 'Start at sea'. You'll be teleported out the dock to several miles out to sea and might get past the defenses. Good Hunting!
