They remember IP addresses but there are websites providing proxy services that allow for multiple voting (they hide their own IP address somehow so the poll will always count your vote)
For instance one is kproxy.com. If you type in the url I posted earlier and keep updating the resulting page they count your vote. I bet there are some bots running to vote for the other titles... Don't believe that there are so many people voting that there's such a fast change in percentage. (now it's 46%)

I hope alot of people will buy SHV. I will and I will mod it and play it. Keep in mind if we don´t buy it, the next SH title will look like this and you can look forward to a starfish addon...
