8800GTS 512... yes, with 512MB.
 Planning on using it till it goes poof or the upcoming GTX300 becomes too tempting. Or Radeon HD 5000 in case Nvidia drops the ball.  (which would all be "over 512MB" options)

256MB GeForce 8600GTS. Works like a charm (I can play CoD:WaW at max settings
 ) so I'm not planning to buy a new one any time soon.
