Oh how I wish I could spend more time here these days!
That new animated flag is SO beautiful!!!  (Guys, the new SH4-style flag animation Anvart is speaking of is FAR more detailed than what is currently available in SH3! This is good stuff!!!) Anvart , just tested your mod (doing some ...merging in commands en_cfg first) and all i can say is that it is absolutely beautifull mod ! especially the sh4 look flags
the shift+v,ctrl+v,shift+f,ctrl+f commands is understandable by my but i notice in the commands two new commands (one is shift+r and the other ctrl+r) and also you have disable the radar toggle command ([Cmd142] Name=Radar_toggle_on_off Ctxt=1 ;Key0=0x52,Cs,"SHIFT+R") is these changes on commands nessecery for this mod? or what is their purpose? thank you for this mod

There is no necessity ... But here Commands_en.cfg is same as in FM30_UpDownSMC.7z mod ... for compatibility... becouse they should be used together ... ... May be i have made something not logically ...
