he said he just got the computer so im thinking it was new but maybe its not?
if it is new then it must have come with vista or at the least xp on it  you can get windows 98 for $1 at yard sales so why hes using 93 is not logical unless this computer is 10 years old and cant handle anything else. as i said before: we need your full specs to help you
