Ha, at first I thought this was a bad "Bollywood" movie.

Starring:

Joe Don Baker, A lesser known Baldwin brother, and Paris hilton.

That is too bad though. It would be neat to start exploring the moon again.

The US space program may end up having to dump it's manned moon landing project as well. They just don't have the budget for it. The unfortunate thing about it is that a HUGE portion of their workforce dedicated to the project will end up jobless.

While I understand the scientific advances and the sheer desire to go to the moon I often wonder why?

After all its just a big dusty rock.

I would not feel too bad for the Indians, their mission fulfilled most of the important mission goals.

Seriously, there's lots of stuff we can learn about the Earth by going to the Moon. The more we learn the way things work or worked, the more the scientific advances we can make here.
