yep get cmputil to compress them into the 3d.grp folder
also get decompress to extract from SC 3d.grp folder. So decompress Sub Command 3d.grp Then copy all the SCX files (they have Xmodel name. Then cmutil 3d all scx models Then you have to use dwedit, go into the 3d section of the editor and change all the 3d names to the SCX model names.
