Speaking of ships in ports.... how do you guys treat enemy ships in neautral ports. I sank one and my mens morale went down to about half. Why? Am I not supposed to do that? It was an enemy ship, just sitting there, I could not let it just sit there and get away. How far away does it have to befrom port inorder for it to be "OK" for me to sink it?

If Germany is in a state of war with whatever country the ship belongs to then it doesn't matter where it is located.
If however, the port/harbour is neutral, it may be perceived by that country that you are firing upon it, especially if it has ships from its own country based within. |
