PS if you sink them and they really were hospital ships, surface and make sure you leave no survivors. Strafe every lifeboat, shoot everyone and don't write it up in your log. That way there will be no witnesses to stitch you up at Nuremberg and you can deny everything if Uncle Karl asks you about it.
