Do you have the regular mouse cursor arrow, or just the flag? The cursor doesn't show up in screenshots so I can't tell from looking at your pic. If you have the cursor, then I assume the flag is taking the place of the yellow dot on the water under the cursor. Do you have the yellow dot?
