Cheers for the offer Jim
Have been doing a little looking around at what she got up to during the war and so far this is what i have come up with.

She was present and damaged at the battle of Taranto.
Which led to her being towed to Genoa for repairs which took 6 months.
Then the next thing i can find is that she was Part of the close covering force at the first battle of Sirte .
Have had a quick look through the GWX manual and this battle is not scrpited into the game.
Wikipedia info on the battle.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/First_Battle_of_Sirte

Close covering force - Rear Admiral Raffaele de Courten (on Duca d'Aosta):Distant covering force - Rear Admiral Angelo Parona (on Gorizia):Then when the armistice with the allies was signed in 1943 she was used as a training ship but i cant seem to find out where she was based.

Here she is with elements of the Italian fleet (Roma, Giuseppe Garibaldi, Vittorio Veneto, Duca Degli Abruzzi, Littorio etc) at La Spezia in June 43....I've sent you a PM to what you were after

Looking forward to the screenshots
