Watching him defend Spore and Bioshock for being crap games is pretty hilarious though. Oh nooo they called out my favorite games for being derivative CRAP. Clearly I need to launch a NERD COUNTER ATTACK.

Not everybody hated those games...

Ah, great, this is turning into one of them "this game sucked"/"no it didn't" thread?

Nah, on most forums those threads consist of "NERD FANBOYS". Nobody brings up any real problems with the gameplay, and the fanboys don't ever even bring UP the gameplay. They just mention worthless buzzwords like "technical achievement" and "deep story".

The DRM thing has got to stop. An example, I had Dead Space in my hands in Best Buy today and I was heading to the register. On the way there, I was reading the box and noticed that it said 'internet activation required'. I put the box down and picked up STALKER Clear Sky and brought it home. Prior to Opening STALKER Clear Sky, I just read that it has that crappy Tages DRM along with another one. I'm taking it back too.

I have one word for all this:
Bittorrent

I usually do OK with about 500-800KB/sec (4000 - 6400 Kb/sec) sustained. What do you get with Rapidshare?

:rotfl: Sounds like E:RT to me. Massive Multiplayer on-line, story driven, dynamic, fruit cake, hoo-ha, yadda, yadda, yadda

oh, here's the mumbo-jumbo
