Annoying bug....

Most annoying frikin thing happened while on patrol.

Just did a photo recon, got out of the area and surfaced. Somehow my crew kept generating CO2!!!

I pleaded with my men to open the dang conning tower but they refused

. Tried surfacing multiple times - no luck... tried saving and reloading - no luck.

Said ok boys if thats how you want it... Went hard to starboard and battle stations to use up more O2. Went in a circle until I was dead

(fully surfaced)

What gives??? Just lost my career - now I have to start over.
