CTD after 11 th patrol

Hello Mate`s, I have the following problem
when I was on my 11 th patrol and bound for Wilhelshaven
the game stalls. by tc 128 try again tc 32 game stalls and again tc 8
at last I save the game naer Helgoland.
When I start th 12 th patrol the game load alright I can load my 12 th patrol
and then the game stalls.

I get a Signature fault
App. sh3.exe ver. 1.4.0.1
modname sh3sim.act
modver: 0.0.0.0 offset 0001758c

frame rate 5 to 25 at the end 1 to 8

today I update my Video driver but I get the same result

Anyone an Idea ?
