On the road again....

1.5 years ago I drove myself out here to the high desert from the East coast in 3 days, in a turbo charged comfortable Audi A4. A week from today I reverse the process, back to the East coast, but with quite a bit more baggage. a 17 foot U-Haul, with a trailer behind it carrying my Toyota Tacoma X-cab.

Not going to be quite as fun.....

I'm debating which route to take. The Southern route served me well coming out, but I'm thinking the Northern for fun. On the other hand, I know the southern route, and what to expect. Not so with the Northern....Anyone have any coast to coast experience? Anyone traveled this northern route?
