Icebergs are broken in stock SH3 but were later fixed by GWX and other large mods. They are random occurrences and will be reassessed with each load of the game and are constantly moving.
Snow is modeled in the arctic regions but snow fall is not. Snow fall can be added to the game but you would loose the rain. It's one or the other. @ The others Stop shooting the aquatic mammals.
