I noticed this conflict before myself. The orders coming in as messages say its okay, but the game doesn't recognize BDU's orders.

The problem is though....the majority of radio messages are primarily just there for game immersion.

Yesterday I was copied into a message from U-30 to Bdu and I was actually playing U-30

The only workaround would be to strip the message file of it's orders or keep your radioman space vacant.
