REL St Nazaire in Loire river + Dry Dock

Version 1.1 is now out St Nazaire + dry lock is now in Campaign_LOC.mis file, also deleted"vanilla" St Nazaire, Name on map now looks ok.

Thanks to Ref for terrain editor and skwas for S3D.
No permission needed, use as you like.
This St Nazaire mod was a long time in my mind since SH3 days:hmm:
And finally now it is here. St Nazaire in right place at Loire estuary, + Dry Dock.
There is a single mission so you can have a tour .
