Looking for Oil slick/Smoke from smokestack mod

Ahoy!! As this is my first post on the SUBSIM forum, I'd first like to thank all you hard working modders who have added so much enjoyment to my favorite sim. I've spent hours downloading and enjoying your efforts. Thank you!! I have 2 questions for the community if I may...

1. I re-installed SH4 yesterday as I was having an issue with depth charges NOT making it into the water. I could see them rolling off the boat but that was about it. As it's no fun not being shot at, I figured a clean re-install would help, and it did, but I seem to have lost the effect of smoke rising from the enemy ship smoke-stacks and oil slicks when I down enemy vessels. I believe I got it from "Down Under" but unfortunately they are no longer online. Any help locating this mod or resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

2. I have created a couple missions with the editor, but cannot seem to get the mission objectives to appear on the captains clipboard or on the final screen once the mission has been completed. Again, any help would be appreciated.

I'm running TM 1.7.6 -- All ROW -- Warships retextured -- Uniform Mod V5 -- and Fooboor's Hi-Res skins.
