T/C for radio messages Q
Personally I don't use - adjust T/C because it fracks with sounds and jazz.
But while writing a new readme for the RL_E Update testing instructions is nessesary. I discovered the only way to alter the t/c for radio messages received, (not game radio reports) is to change the real-time setting. Could someone please confirm this for me? Thanx in advance.
