[REQ] Mod to Start Patrol in SH3 just outside of port
I have a mod idea for you. I realize it isn't full 100% realism. However, I'm tired of spending 30 minutes getting out of port on every patrol. One of the nice features in SH4 is the option to start out just outside of your base harbor.
Can anyone make a mod that will open your patrol with you just outside of port? Say about 15km out?
