Help! ROW MOD slowed my boat down!

Is this an expected effect of the 'ROW Sub reflections' MOD?
Balao Sub.
My speed now, submerged at 1/3 is 2k, at 2/3 is 3k, and standard is 5k.
It says in the readme that 1/3 is now a good silent running speed.
But it was when I could do 3k also..

...now I can only do 2k at 1/3 speed!

I like the rest of the MOD, but I'd like to over right it with the 'Battery Life' MOD.
Has anyone done that?....JSGME says it conflicts:hmm: .
