SH3 1.5 Weather mod uninstall..

I have the SH3 weather mod installed over the stock game (1.4b) with SH3 Cmdr (3.0) & I've run into a couple of glitches. I've saved a couple of games mid-patrol & when I've reloaded those two saves the graphics appear really slowed down: like the game is just barely chugging along & my boat was once was lost due a sudden crash dive & being crushed (this happened with out me doing anything). I was nowhere near any land mass or any other ship or plane on both occasions.

As I'm not really proficient with altering .cfg files I'd like to know if if it's "safe" to uninstall this mod without having to reinstall SH3, SH3 Cmdr 3.0, JSGME & all the mods that I have (mainly skins). I'm not criticizing the mod's author or the mod itself; what he did was try to fix the horrible weather of the stock game & he gave it an A+++ effort. It's just that this odd behaviour never occurred before I installed the weather mod & I'd like to be able to save the game mid-patrol without wondering if these glitches are going to pop up again.

I should add that I have SH3 Cmdr set to auto roll back upon exiting the game & I always disable any active mods when I'm done playing.

Thanks for listening...
