Idea for a new mod...Can someone make it?

Hello guys, I wanted to ask a favor and see if we could get such a mod. I do not know how to make mods...so it's a request! I'm sure it could be easy and wouldn't take much.

I was thinking, like when a ship shoots at a plane, there should be explosions in the air..(black bursts of smoke) It would be a really cool mod if we could get it, I didn't notice it in the game so I just thought I would bring it up..
