I hate to do this

Hi all, I have just started my U-boat missions and I hate to start off with critique but I noticed something while I was diving in the cold depths of the sea. I was checking out my U-199 going down and noticed my crew just standing keeping watch on the deck. I dive down to 160 feet samething. That is the only thing so far, too bad mods dont work. I disabled them before I loaded it but all and all I think it looks good but thats just my I.M.A.O. Has any one noticed anything else?
