Not sure I understand all of what you're asking for but here goes:
Sol stands for solution. There's nothing stopping you from adding the F6-style gyro dials to the F3 screen.  As for a bearing in the F3 screen, all you can do is add the firing solution bearing dial(s?). The problems here are 1: the dial is only updated when auto-update is on 2: from memory, the 10ths dial isn't what I think you think it is  but I could be mistaken
