I can't seem to start a GWX 2.0 campaign?

Hello, I can't get a campaign started after installing GWX 2.0

I started new campaigns and GWX works fine for me. I did all the training. When I try to start a career when I load (I make NO mods to the boat the first mission) the red loading bar stops a half inch from finished and locks up the game. I tried different bases and it does not matter. Any ideas?
