GWX2 Torpedo Issues

I just recently installed this mod, and I love it!... but im having a strange bug..

randomly, my torpedo tubes will just not load after I shoot. it says its waiting in queue for loading.. sometimes they will load, sometimes they wont.. and yes, I did assign crew :p

and once one tube stops working, they all screw up.. this is the second patrol ive had this problem.. the first patrol i did everthing worked fine..

any help would be greatly apreciated.
