Default Didnt wanna hijack so here it is

I have been playing...whether in mp, career, or sp missions...and depending on the mood of my comp has shut down and restarted..
OS: amd 64dual 4000+ 1.5gb ram, Gforce 66ooGT PCIE 128mb, on Windows XP
Now from a post from Kpt. Lehman on this page...
http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=127695&page=3
It has come to seem that an optimzer would be the thing to get my comp tuned up to utilize both processors...Im kinda savy to a comp as I have built the last 3 units I have owned...but im at a x-road here as to why this is happening...and yes I do have the latest drivers...
Now
A Could this be the reason I am heading back to a restart because the timing is off when the 2nd processor kicks in? If it does..
B Is the 64 dual ahead of it's time when this game runs on 32bit? Which was tossed out to me...
Solution...I did a system save point before installing the optimizer..but so far the results for me are very apparent...faster load times (just cut the load time in half for SH3 and closes out faster)
IE loads pages faster and reboot seemed to breeze by when closing out and restarting...
Any of you techno nerds out there wanna toss something out here im all ears...
