I dont know why it took me so long to realise this but I figured out why my navigator only speaks when I am at battle stations. He isnt at his post at any other time. I know that someone was able to make the second planesman appear when not at battle stations so I am sure the same can be done for the navigator. I'd be happy to try and mod it myself if someone could point me in the right direction. Anyone have a quick fix? THANKS!
