Ok this is what i know:
Invented by the isrealis as a form of unarmed combat hand to hand, and classed as self dence training its used by special forces all over the world including spetsnaz, SO19, MI5/6, police enforcement officers USN Seals ect so on so forth. what i want to know is anyone here studied it if so whats thier opinions on it, part of my new years resolution is to learn a new martial art and i chose this one as a first choice but i need back ground info. anyone help? cheers
