Post patch 1.4 problem?

Hi All,

This is something that I've never encountered before...I'm not sure what the problem is.

I installed clean 1.4 patch, no mods.

Installed all Row mods. etc.

loaded and ran a "quick" mission called "Battle of Coral Sea".

I attacked the fleet, had several encounters with DDs, but not 1 dc was deployed.
I let DDs or Cruiser get very close and watched as the DC barrels were dropped from the ship but no DC was seen or exploded below the water.

I removed all mods and have the same problems Still no DCs.

I removed "objects reflections vs4" and that did correct the problem
