I would say that the real reason behind this -otherwise idiotic- lawsuit is to get some publicity. That ageing bastard is probably way more bothered about losing fame and notoriousness than about not having sex with a girl. I think that in fact he must have had a "no" as answer many times more than a "yes".

Yup I already made some comment realted to some of this stupid lawsuits in another thread. Even if this idiot sees his lawsuit rejected and must also pay a fine (Which is what would happen to him here in Spain normally), there's something bloddy wrong in the system :hmm:

Some years back I linked to the case of unemployed women that by latest laws from back then were facing legal obligation to accept working as prostitutes. The law has not been corrected, to my knowledge. they instead only added an exeptional case regulation, giving women the mercy of not having to prostitute themselves - but formally, women are still obligated to accept working as prostitutes.
