WinUHA...What is wrong here?!

I have downloaded and installed this thing three times and it still can't open Reflections_on_the_Water mod!

I keep getting error messages, so what gives? Also, everytime I double-click to open the mod within WinUHA I keep getting "List index out of Bound(s)" error...Is anyone else having as much trouble as me or am I just the lucky one? Please advise cause this program is driving me effin crazy! Thanks all...
