Twisty-Periscope-Thingy-Mod

Adds a small detail to the periscopes on all the type VIIb/c conning tower variants (JSGME compatible).

(Ive squeezed the file as hard as i can but its still a fairly hefty 17.9Mb, a sizeable chunk of download for such a small addition but it couldnt be avoided.)

Many thanks go to DivingDuck for solving my texture problems..... also dmlavan who originally suggested modding the twisty bits long before i thought of it.
