I'm 42 and think about my health abit more than often now, im down to 2 cigarettes a day compare to about 15, my aim is to give it up within the next 2 months, im chewing that nicotine gum in between to wear of the cravings. Always have black coffees, and sugarless, I avoid Milk as its bad for your arteries from 40 onwards i am told it clogs them up, for males that is, for females they should drink milk as much as they can as their bone structure becomes weak with age. I use to love eating McDonalds burgers but haven't gone near one for nearly a yr now, totally crap food.

Why is it by statistics men have more heart attacks than woman, yet males are more fitter than females, we work till we retire females usually spend their lives in the kitchen or gardens or now alot are in the office, and arranging tea gatherings 3 times a week where they sit around munching out on cakes and bickies yet they usually always outlive the husband? I thought being fit, hard work, keeps the heart pumping... Not so maybe we should follow their lifestyle and have beer gatherings once a week?

Ahh maybe i have just answered my own question..... Beer
