[REQ] Help

I apo0logise to you who read this to begin with.....I have tried several times to get the BIG DIALS for SH3/GWX 1.03. "neo" and "Hitman" gave me a download....THANK YOU both....(plus a.n.other)....I am so sorry but I cannot understand what to do.
Is there someone out there who could give me a simple means to enlarge the dials such as I have seen pictured in the mods for Telegraph, Compass and Depth.
